Double skin milk : ウィキペディア英語版 | Double skin milk Double skin milk is translated from 'Shuang Pei Nai', it is a famous Cantonese dessert which has the history of over a century. It is origin from a small town in Canton called Shunde. It is said that it was created by Grandma Dong in 1850 in Shunde. It's a velvety smooth milk custard with double skins on top. The first skin is formed during cooling the boiled milk and the other when cooling the cooked custard. It requires patience and practice to make a successful 'Shuang Pei Nai'. This dessert is also very famous in Guangzhou, Macau and Hong Kong. ==History==
